Each user receives unique deposit addresses derived per network (Bitcoin, EVM, TRON, Solana, and others). One EVM address receives ETH, ERC-20 USDT, USDC, LINK, DAI, and SHIB; pick the correct token in step 2 of the deposit flow.
Confirmations depend on the blockchain. Most assets credit after at least one confirmation; heavy network congestion can delay both chain confirmation and our scan cycle.
Use the deposit history table to track pending items. Pending means we saw the transaction but wait for enough confirmations; confirmed means the amount was added to your balance.
If a deposit is missing after an hour, verify the explorer hash, network, and that the amount meets minimum transfer rules of the sending platform.
